If you can't do FoW and UW's 5,000/10,000 XP quests, you can try to do what I do, solo Griffons and Minotaurs in the Crystal Desert. They net you about at least 160XP each. Remember, you must solo.

since you are a warrior monk it should be quite simple, drop all of your attributes out of stregth/sword or axe/hammewr whatever you use, and put all into smiteing/healing/protection, and grab yourself some gladiators armor for the xtra 8 energy, then go to elona reach mission and sit in front of all the minotaurs and let them wail on you...ok let me further explain..lol
1.watch yourself 2. baltazhars aura 3. symbol of wrath 4. shield of judgement (elite found in mineral springs) 5. shielding hands 6. healing breeze 7. mending 8. balthazars spirit....
if you have a 9 in heal prayers, a 12 in smite and an 8 in protection and around 7 or 8 in tactics this should be fairly easy to do. i make around 1.2k a run here in all of 2 minutes, then grab the items/gold, map/rinse/repeat, o and if u got the cash, buy some xp scrolls, as each minotaur is worth 100, the double scroll means 200 each, and the trip scroll means 300 each, i gain a level in about 4 runs this way

you could always go to the towns and outposts and do the quests that give you the skills.

if you've already done the quests, you won't be able to do them, but if you go back I'm sure you will find class specific ones, that were not available to you as a necro, but as a monk will be. Also FoW and UW, are great xp.

in that case, it would be nice if the quests opened up again. they could make it that you do not earn the xp, but earn the skills for doing them again.
just a thought.

I skipped the althea quests specially to save them for the future, when I might need an easy 2k exp.
Anyway, if it's exp, rather than cash that's the issue, you could use the new scrolls to buff your exp in order to cut down the time it takes fighting monsters.
And I was also surprised about not getting exp in the arena. I had come to rely on it for both entertainment and refund points =\

the easiest things to kill to get xp rewards are lvl 24 mountain trolls in a cave by droknor drops are terrible there unless you need a large stock pile of wood but it gives you 168xp a kill and with the right build you can kill like 10+ quickly

ok edit to my earlier post, yea sorry i thought u said attribute, not skill, but anyways, go kill an easy mob that gives u at least 100 xp a kill, and kil 3-4 at a time with a scroll and u shouldnt have any problems, also to get the monk skills go do monk quests... doping the rune i listed in my first post i make around 3-4 skill points in about 2 hours of doing that over and over with scrolls
